SOLUTION: An agricultural water surface granular composition containing an agrochemical active ingredient, a glassy microhollow body and an acid, and the composition are water-soluble. Packaged with a protective film. The composition, when applied to a paddy water surface as a package packaged with a water-soluble film, has good water surface diffusibility in submerged paddy fields regardless of the storage conditions of the package, and has an agrochemical activity.
