titleOfInvention | Method for producing fluoroalkanesulfonic acid |
abstract | In the production of a fluoroalkanesulfonic acid derived from a fluoroalkanesulfonic acid salt, a sulfur component is efficiently reduced, and an industrially advantageous high-purity fluoroalkanesulfonic acid is provided. A fluoroalkanesulfonic acid represented by the general formula [1] (In the formula, R f represents a linear or branched C3-C4 fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.) A fluoroalkane comprising the following steps: A method for producing sulfonic acid. (1) A step of reacting a fluoroalkanesulfonate with concentrated sulfuric acid and / or fuming sulfuric acid to perform acid decomposition to obtain a reaction mixture containing fluoroalkanesulfonic acid and a sulfur component. (2) A step of obtaining a fluoroalkanesulfonic acid from the reaction mixture by adding an oxidizing agent to the reaction mixture obtained in the above step and subsequently distilling.
