titleOfInvention Near-infrared luminescent material for bioimaging and synthesis method thereof
abstract A stable near-infrared luminescent substance that is suitable for bioimaging in the deep part of a living body, is easily derivatized according to the purpose of use, and can be easily synthesized in large quantities. An intermediate product represented by Formula 9 obtained by synthesizing a dipyrine boron complex represented by Formula 1 by alkylation is converted into a dipyrine boron represented by Formula 6 by introducing a monosaccharide by a click reaction with an azide. An elemental complex derivative was synthesized, and this dipyrine boron complex derivative showed fluorescence stronger than other wavelengths when the wavelength of near-infrared rays to be irradiated was 650 nm, and this near-infrared ray has excellent permeability in the deep part of the living body.
