Fluorescent probe |
abstract |
The present invention provides a fluorescent probe that can be synthesized easily, has reduced non-specific binding to a biomolecule such as a cell, and can be labeled and imaged with good fluorescence intensity. This is the issue. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing such a fluorescent probe. An intermediate obtained by binding a cyclooctane alkyne derivative to fluorescent nanoparticles such as hydrophilic quantum dots and a substance capable of binding to a fluorescently labeled object into which an azide group is introduced are condensed. In addition, a non-specific binding to a biomolecule such as a cell can be reduced, and a fluorescent probe that can be labeled and imaged with good fluorescence intensity can be provided.
