titleOfInvention | Vulcanized rubber-metal laminate |
abstract | The present invention is generally expected as an epichlorohydrin rubber vulcanizate such as compression set by directly vulcanizing and bonding an epichlorohydrin rubber layer and a brass plated metal layer without providing an adhesive layer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vulcanized rubber-metal laminate in which both layers are firmly bonded while maintaining the physical properties. An unvulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber composition layer containing (a) epichlorohydrin rubber, (b) silica and / or (c) sulfur, (d) vulcanizing agent, and (e) acid acceptor. The inventors have found that a vulcanized rubber laminate in which both layers are firmly bonded can be obtained by heating and bonding the brass-plated metal layer, and the present invention has been completed.
