abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a cell balance device capable of suppressing a decrease in travel distance while suppressing variations in output voltages of a plurality of battery cells constituting a main battery. A current is passed from a battery module 19 that outputs a voltage higher than the average voltage of each output voltage of the battery modules 19-1 to 19-n to a battery module 19 that outputs a voltage lower than the average voltage. A cell comprising a cell balance circuit 4 for equalizing the output voltages of the battery modules 19-1 to 19-n, and a DC / AC conversion circuit 5 for converting DC power supplied from the main battery 2 into AC power.
