titleOfInvention | Inorganic oxide powder |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry state comprising spherical inorganic oxide particles having a primary particle size of a small particle size obtained by a sol-gel method, having a small amount of metal impurities and capable of being crushed with a weak force. Inorganic oxide powder is provided. SOLUTION: A spherical inorganic oxide powder having a median diameter of 0.01 to 5 μm obtained by a sol-gel method, wherein no metal salt is present on the particle surface, and the inorganic oxide powder. In the aqueous dispersion, the particle size distribution curve measured by the laser diffraction scattering method has one peak maximum value, and the volume frequency of particles having a diameter 10 times or more the median diameter is 0.1% or less. It is an inorganic oxide powder in a dry state. [Selection figure] None |
