A layer made of a conduit ink having a conduit layer and a transparent protective layer covering the conduit layer on a substrate having a wood grain pattern, the conduit layer having an oil absorption of 45 to 100 mg / 100 cm 2. The transparent protective layer is formed of a transparent resin coating agent containing silica particles, and the decorative sheet having an average particle diameter of silica particles of 2 to 8 μm adheres while having high matte properties and jet blackness.
