titleOfInvention | Insulation manufacturing method |
abstract | A heat insulating material that can be mounted in a narrow space is provided. SOLUTION: A sheet material of a polyethylene terephthalate nonwoven fabric, a polypropylene nonwoven fabric, an acrylic nonwoven fabric, or a core material 11 made of a sheet-like glass fiber and a carrier made of natural pulp formed into a sheet shape and calcium chloride on a carrier made of natural pulp. Provided is a method for producing a vacuum heat insulating material 10 in which a supported moisture adsorbing material 12 is inserted into a barrier film 13 and vacuum-sealed. In this case, by inserting the moisture adsorbent 12 having a sheet-like structure in which calcium chloride is supported on a carrier made of natural pulp formed into a sheet together with the core material 11 into the barrier film 13 and vacuum-sealing, Since the moisture contained in the core material 11 can be effectively adsorbed and the stability of the vacuum degree inside the heat insulating material can be secured, the thinness can be maintained. Therefore, the vacuum heat insulating material 10 that can be mounted in a narrow space can be obtained. [Selection] Figure 5 |
