titleOfInvention Fluorescent particles and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for producing fluorescent particles. A method for producing fluorescent particles is a method of irradiating a target 7 in a solvent 5 with laser light. Here, the target 7 is made of a fluorescent material having up-conversion characteristics. The material of the target 7 is Y 2 O 3 : Er 3+ , Yb 3+ , Y 2 O 3 : Er 3+ , NaYF 4 : Er 3+ , Yb 3+ A combination of the above is preferable. The solvent 5 is preferably a pure solvent, a polar solvent such as methanol, ethanol, or propanol, or a nonpolar solvent such as hexane or benzene, or a combination of any two or more. The fluorescent particles produced by this method have up-conversion characteristics. [Selection] Figure 1
