abstract |
Provided is a method for producing a practical direct blow container which is excellent in barrier performance of fuels and chemicals and barrier performance of various gases such as oxygen, and further has no deformation. SOLUTION: Polyolefin (A) 60 to 90% by mass, acid-modified polyolefin (B) 5 to 30% by mass, metaxylylene group-containing polyamide (C) 2 to 35% by mass, and metaxylylene group in polyolefin (A). The manufacturing method of the direct blow container in which the containing polyamide (C) is dispersed in a layer form is a cylindrical hollow portion having a flow hole through which a molten resin discharged from an extruder flows and an opening portion opened downward. A die body having a cylindrical hollow portion with a flow hole opened on the upper side of the hollow portion, and a mandrel having a tip portion on the upper side so that the tip portion faces the opening of the end portion of the flow hole. The mandrel is formed in the channel clearance so that the channel clearance between the mandrel arranged in the section and the hollow part of the die body and the mandrel forms a resin channel.
