titleOfInvention Semiconductor device
abstract A semiconductor device capable of further reducing conduction noise and radiation noise is provided. In a semiconductor device 16, an output terminal 78 of an arm series circuit 30 is disposed above an insulating substrate 80 via a convex insulating member 102 provided on the insulating substrate 80, and an upper arm switching element 34 is provided. The positive electrode is connected to the positive terminal 70 of the arm series circuit, the negative electrode is connected to the output terminal 78, and the control electrode is connected to the control terminal 74. The negative electrode of the lower arm switching element 40 is connected to the negative terminal 72 of the arm series circuit, the positive electrode is connected to the output terminal 78, and the control electrode is connected to the control terminal 76.
