abstract |
A signal processing circuit using a nonvolatile memory circuit having a new structure is provided. A nonvolatile memory circuit is formed using a transistor formed using an oxide semiconductor and a capacitor connected to one of a source electrode and a drain electrode of the transistor. A high level potential is written in advance in the memory circuit, and if the data to be saved is a high level potential, the state is maintained as it is. If the data to be saved is a low level potential, the low level potential is written in the memory circuit. Thus, a signal processing circuit with improved writing speed can be realized.
