abstract |
Disclosed is a film forming coating solution capable of forming a dense coating film and a dense coating film formed using the film forming coating solution. A binder component having a crosslinkable siloxane polymer and a chain siloxane oligomer, and silica-based fine particles dispersed in the binder component, wherein the chain siloxane oligomer is the silica-based fine particles. The molecular weight of the crosslinked siloxane polymer is 2500 or more and 15000 or less. The content of the cross-linked siloxane polymer in the binder component is 60 to 80 wt%.
