titleOfInvention | Hepatocellular carcinoma marker |
abstract | A marker having specificity for hepatocellular carcinoma is provided. An analysis method for identifying the presence or absence of hepatocellular carcinoma is provided. In addition, it provides a drug target for treating hepatocellular carcinoma. A marker comprising a protein identified from a cancer tissue of a hepatocellular carcinoma patient which is an HCV carrier. The expression of these markers is significantly increased in liver tissue with hepatocellular carcinoma compared to liver tissue without hepatocellular carcinoma. A method for analyzing a hepatocellular carcinoma marker, comprising: measuring an expression level of the hepatocellular carcinoma marker in a sample, and evaluating the expression level based on a reference level of the hepatocellular carcinoma marker.
