titleOfInvention | Method for producing urethane- (meth) acrylic composite resin aqueous dispersion |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an aqueous dispersion of a composite resin having sufficient strength and flexibility when used as an artificial leather and excellent in hydrolysis resistance. A raw material emulsion in which one or more kinds of (meth) acrylic monomers are dispersed in advance is added to a reaction vessel sequentially or continuously in the presence of an aqueous medium to thereby form a urethane resin. Is a method for producing an aqueous dispersion of a composite resin obtained by emulsion polymerization of one or more (meth) acrylic monomers in the presence of a redox catalyst as a polymerization catalyst. As the raw material emulsion, at least two kinds of raw material emulsions having different compositions are used, and after the addition of one raw material emulsion, the addition of the next raw material emulsion is started. First, a urethane resin is contained in the raw material emulsion added to the reaction vessel, and the temperature of the reaction system is maintained within a range of 30 ° C. or higher and 70 ° C. or lower.
