PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet imparted with handleability and ease of inspection suitable for a substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a thick adhesive layer, for example, for a capacitive touch panel. SOLUTION: A substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which release films are laminated on both sides of an adhesive layer, and one release film has a release layer formed by coating and stretching on one side of a biaxially stretched polyester film. A substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, wherein the film has an internal haze of 0.8% or less and a maximum surface roughness (Rt) of a film surface not provided with a release layer is 300 nm or more.
