abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for producing a polyurethane resin which is excellent in urethanization reactivity in a low temperature region and does not use a metal having a high environmental load, and a method for producing a polyurethane resin using the same. [Solution] Titanium alkoxide and the following general formula (1) [Chemical 1] (In the above formulas, R 1 to R 3 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms. R 4 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.) The composition containing the hydroxylamine compound shown by is used as a catalyst composition for polyurethane production.
