titleOfInvention Intermittent oscillating particle surface treatment apparatus and method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent rocking particle surface treatment apparatus and method of stirring by rocking. SOLUTION A processing vessel 1 in which particles 5 and a surface treatment compound are placed is swung by a swing rotation shaft portion 2a, and the particles move, whereby a stirring blade 4 is operated by the stirring blade rotation shaft portion 2b. By this operation, the particles fall in a planar shape from the end portion 4a of the stirring blade, and the particles come into contact with the surface treatment compound efficiently in both directions of the reciprocating motion of the rocking, whereby a uniform surface treatment to the particles is achieved.
