titleOfInvention Ultrasonic irradiation apparatus and ultrasonic irradiation method
abstract An ultrasonic irradiation apparatus that suppresses generation of unnecessary cavitation is provided. An ultrasonic emission unit is driven by a drive unit based on a drive signal created by a drive signal setting unit and emits an ultrasonic wave having a drive frequency. The ultrasonic wave receiving unit 114 receives ultrasonic waves coming from the emission direction of the ultrasonic waves. The signal received by the ultrasonic receiver 114 acquires the frequency and intensity of a sound wave having a low frequency component lower than the drive frequency by the low frequency filter 122 and the peak component detector 124 in the low frequency signal detector 120. . The comparison unit 126 determines whether or not a cavitation bubble group is generated based on the acquired frequency and intensity of the sound wave of the low frequency component. When the cavitation bubble group is generated, the irradiation condition changing unit 130 causes the drive signal setting unit 140 to change the drive signal. In this way, the ultrasonic irradiation apparatus 100 prevents the generation of cavitation bubbles. [Selection] Figure 1
