Fertility management can also include: administering an effective amount of a compound to impair Sertoli cell function in a male subject; inhibiting spermatogenesis in a subject; reducing testicular weight in a subject Reducing ovarian weight in a female subject; reducing serum progesterone in a female subject; impairing ovarian follicular function in a female subject; providing reversible fertility in a subject. To restore fertility, the method can include stopping administration of the compound to the subject to restore fertility in the subject. The compound can be administered to irreversibly sterilize the subject. |
