The present invention relates to the use of two microRNAs in the detection of lung cancer prognosis and in the preparation of a medicament. The present invention is particularly used in compositions comprising two small RNA molecules, microRNA-150 and microRNA-886-3p, in the detection of lung cancer prognosis, and in the preparation of a medicament for inhibiting lung cancer metastasis in mammals and humans. Relates to a device comprising the composition. In particular, the expression levels of microRNA-150 and microRNA-886-3p can be used as a prognostic criterion for lung cancer prognosis, where high expression levels of gene combinations indicate advantageous therapeutic effects.
