abstract |
Group IV nanoparticle fluids are disclosed. The nanoparticle fluid contains a group of Group IV atoms that constitute a group of nanoparticles present in an amount of about 1% to about 20% by weight of the nanoparticle fluid. The nanoparticle fluid also contains a group of HMW molecules present in an amount of about 0% to about 5% by weight of the nanoparticle fluid. Furthermore, the nanoparticle fluid contains a group of capping agent molecules, at least some of which are bound to the group of silicon nanoparticles. |
