titleOfInvention Screening method for new drug candidate substances that inhibit target protein-protein interaction for the development of innovative new drugs
abstract The present invention relates to a method for screening a protein-protein interaction inhibitor, and more specifically, a protein-protein interaction inhibitor using a protein chip on which a spot in which a sol-gel substance and a protein are mixed is immobilized. The present invention relates to a method for screening. According to the present invention, a protein chip can be easily prepared using a sol-gel substance in a 96-well plate, and a protein-protein interaction inhibitor can be easily screened from a natural substance library.
