Also described are methods of using the compounds to reduce VEGF, and methods for treating cancer and non-neoplastic conditions comprising administration of the compounds. Further described are methods of using the compounds to inhibit viral replication or production of viral RNA or DNA or viral proteins, and methods for treating viral infections comprising administration of the compounds.
