titleOfInvention | Conductive slurry for solar cell and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention is for a solar cell comprising a primary aluminum powder having a median diameter D 50 of about 2-8 μm, a secondary powder having a median diameter D 50 of about 20-100 nm, a glass powder, and an organic carrier. A conductive slurry is disclosed. The conductive slurry can be stable on the screen without leakage through the screen and will not agglomerate or settle during long term storage. The present invention further includes a step of mixing a primary aluminum powder, a secondary powder, a glass powder, and an organic carrier to obtain a mixture, and a step of ball milling the mixture to obtain a conductive slurry. Disclosed is a method for preparing a conductive slurry. The method is simple and easy to understand and is advantageous for mass production in industry. [Selection figure] None |
