abstract A lightweight enclosure having an outer film surface is described. The lightweight enclosure includes a laminate having a porous outer film. This laminate is liquid-proof and flame retardant (passes CPAI-84) on the outer film surface, and is wear-resistant, so that the liquid-proof property is maintained for a long time. This lightweight enclosure can be a single wall tent and is formed from a laminate that is sufficiently oxygen permeable to maintain life when the enclosure opening is closed.
