abstract The present invention provides methods and compositions for producing human adipose tissue-derived stromal stem cells in a clinically effective amount for fistula treatment. The method of the present invention can efficiently produce a clinically effective number of stromal cells derived from adipose tissue in a short time by improving the conventional standard culture method. The adipose stem cell composition containing adipose tissue-derived stromal cells obtained by the method of the present invention exhibits superior pluripotency and immunoregulatory activity over the cell composition produced by the conventional method. Is suitable. In particular, since the immune response is suppressed in allogeneic adipose-derived stem cells, the cell composition of the present invention has an excellent clinical use.
