abstract | A method for preparing a substituted isoxazoline compound and a precursor thereof. The present invention relates to a new method for preparing a halogenated styrene compound represented by the formula (VIII). This compound is a precursor for the synthesis method of the substituted isoxazoline compound represented by the formula (I). Wherein R 1 to R 5 , R 8 and R 9 are described as described herein. The invention further relates to the synthesis of compounds of formula (I) starting from acetophenone compounds. The desired styrene compound represented by the formula is prepared from a suitable substituted acetophenone compound. Alternatively, the bromoaniline compound is reacted with form oxime. When the obtained oxime is cycloadded with a styrene compound, an isoxazoline compound is obtained. Next, it is possible to prepare a compound represented by the formula (I) by a palladium-catalyzed carbonylation amination reaction of an isoxazoline compound. [Selection figure] None |
