titleOfInvention Printing paste composition and electrode formed thereby
abstract The present invention relates to a printing paste composition containing a printing paste solvent in which slow drying property and swelling property are optimally adjusted so that a printing pattern having excellent printing properties can be obtained, and an electrode formed thereby. According to one embodiment of the present invention, 50 to 90 parts by weight of metal particles, 2 to 20 parts by weight of a binder resin, 2 to 50 parts by weight of a solvent having a boiling point of 250 ° C. or higher and a swellability (SP) of 5 or less, and A printing paste composition containing 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of glass frit and a display panel electrode formed from the printing paste composition are provided. The solvent used in the composition of the present invention has high boiling point and low swellability, which suppresses air drying of the solvent in cliché and swelling of the blanket by the solvent during offset printing. Therefore, excellent printability is exhibited even during a large number of repeated printings using the printing paste composition containing the solvent. That is, not only the straightness and sharpness of the print pattern are excellent, but also a print pattern in which the line height does not decrease, the line width variation is small, and the sheet resistance is constant. The printing paste composition of the present invention can be used for electrode printing of display panels. [Selection] Figure 1
