The reaction takes place in DMSO in the presence of an external base and an O-acylated product is formed. In this method, the degree of substitution is high and the reaction time is short compared to known similar methods, and when the drug contains two or more functional groups R (CO-O-CO-O-R1) n, the crosslinked hyaluronic acid A derivative is formed. |
