The present invention provides a solid oxide having an inclined structure in which the pore diameter gradually decreases from the porous electrode to the electrolyte thin film in order to form a dense electrolyte thin film of about 2 microns or less, preferably about 1 micron or less on the porous electrode. The present invention relates to a physical fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof. |
