C 3+ feed hydrocarbon catalytic dehydrogenation process. The hydrocarbon feed is first divided and a first portion of the feed is introduced into a first dehydrogenation reaction zone that operates without oxidative reheating and the resulting effluent is oxidatively regenerated. It is introduced into a second dehydrogenation reaction zone that operates without heating. The effluent stream obtained from the second dehydrogenation reaction zone is introduced into a third dehydrogenation reaction zone operating with oxidative reheating along with the second portion of feed.
