The present invention provides a method for producing ferrite superparamagnetic nanoparticles processed by doping with magnesium, and a technique for applying the method to high temperature thermal cancer cell therapy and heat shock protein induction of self-protection mechanism. A method for producing ferrite nanoparticles in which Fe ferrite is doped with Mg and superparamagnetic Mg is doped with a thickness of 10 nm or less, the raw material comprising Fe (III) acetylacetonate, magnesium and a solvent. After mixing, the ferrite is doped with the processed superparamagnetic Mg by generating nuclei by primary heat treatment, growing nanoparticles by secondary heat treatment, washing, centrifuging, drying and polishing. It constitutes a method for producing particles. [Selection] Figure 5 |
