abstract | The present invention relates to a method for purifying immunoglobulin, which is a buffered aqueous solution containing monomeric, aggregated and fragmented immunoglobulins (wherein the buffered aqueous solution is 8.0 to 8.5). The monomeric immunoglobulin to the anion exchange chromatography material under conditions that do not bind the anion exchange material, and a single amount during flow-through from the anion exchange chromatography material.
