titleOfInvention Process and system for dehydrating organic aqueous solutions
abstract An energy efficient process for dewatering organic aqueous solutions involves concentrating the draw solution in the reservoir using freely available solar energy. The draw solution is used with a membrane that removes water from the organic solution in the forward osmosis process. The draw solution is diluted by the osmosis process, returned to the reservoir, reconcentrated and reused in the osmosis process.
