abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for producing lower olefin hydrocarbons by oxidative dehydrogenation of paraffinic lower hydrocarbons. More particularly, the present invention converts a feed stream comprising paraffinic lower hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide into a product stream comprising lower olefin hydrocarbons and synthesis gas in the presence of the catalyst composition La-Mn / inert support. A process wherein the catalyst composition comprises 1 to 10 wt% lanthanum and 1 to 10 wt% manganese and optionally 0.3 to 3 wt% alkali metal. |
