Disclosed are methods and compositions that can be used to increase the strength and / or probability of forming a binding complex comprising a target molecule and a substrate. In one aspect, a linking molecule having one or more members of a reaction pair that can be used to increase complex binding interactions in a complex comprising a target molecule and a substrate is disclosed. Intracomplex and intercomplex crosslinks can be utilized in conjunction with these methods and compositions to further strengthen and stabilize the disclosed binding complexes. |
