abstract |
A method of laminating a film on an optical article, and a two-layer adhesive for use in the present method. A bilayer adhesive is a latex adhesive layer or a specific silane adhesive and an HMA layer that are placed in sequence on the film and dried to form a solid layer of consistently uniform thickness to provide optical quality. Including. Various types of films can be used to provide the optical function. Following an optional pretreatment step, an adhesive is coated on the film. Hot press technology is used to supply heat and pressure over a short period of time to form a functionally enhanced optical article with high adhesive strength. [Selection] Figure 1 |
