abstract The present invention relates to a novel radiolabeled inhibitor of general formula (I) for glycine 1 transporter (GlyT1) useful for labeling and imaging of glycine 1 transporter functionality. Where R 1 is isopropoxy or 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-methyl-ethoxy; and R 2 is a radiolabeling group: CH 3 (wherein the radionuclide is 3 H or 11 C). It has been found that the radiolabeled compound of formula (I) can be used as a radioactive tracer in PET (Positron Emission Tomography) for glycine 1 transporter functional labeling and molecular imaging diagnostics.
