titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid inspection and quality control method on support |
abstract | The present invention relates to immobilization of one or more nucleic acids via cross-linking, wherein each of the nucleic acids to be immobilized exclusively comprises a section of nucleotides of one base type, It relates to a method for examining nucleic acids on a support having a complementary labeled oligonucleotide in the section and determining a value indicative of the nucleic acid status. The present invention also provides a kit for testing nucleic acids on a support having an array of nucleic acids immobilized on a solid support, each of the immobilized nucleic acids being a segment of nucleotides of one base type exclusively. And the kit comprising a labeled oligonucleotide complementary to the nucleotide segment. The present invention further relates to the use of labeled oligonucleotides that are complementary to a single base type of nucleotide segment for examining the status of nucleic acids immobilized on a solid support. |
