The present invention contains a low-viscosity polyfunctional urethane acrylate oligomer, and the film after UV curing has a low shrinkage and expansion rate after high-temperature immersion, so that the tensile strength, adhesive strength and optical fiber strip force ratio before and after immersion are minimized.
