abstract |
Power consumption is reduced. A function of performing logical operation processing based on an input signal, holding a potential set according to the result of the logical operation processing as stored data, and outputting a signal having a value corresponding to the stored data as an output signal. And a first field effect transistor for controlling whether or not the potential of the stored data is set to a potential corresponding to the result of the logical operation processing. And a second field effect transistor for controlling whether or not the potential of the stored data is set to the reference potential, and a third for controlling whether or not a signal having a value corresponding to the stored data is output as an output signal. A field effect transistor. [Selection] Figure 1 |
