abstract |
A signal processing apparatus capable of suppressing power consumption is provided. By applying a transistor in which a channel is formed in an oxide semiconductor to a memory circuit included in a signal processing device, data can be retained (stored) even while power supply is stopped. The data stored in the memory circuit can be read without being destroyed even while the supply of power to the signal processing device is stopped. [Selection] Figure 1 |
