abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure carrier behavior of a substance such as an amorphous organic semiconductor by simple measurement. Both the excitation light pulse and the TBC probe light are irradiated by the optical path sets 14 and 16. The modified HTOF intensity is measured as a time change of the diffraction intensity of the probe light for diffraction intensity measurement, and the TBC intensity is measured as a time change of the probe light for TBC.
