abstract |
Disclosed is a spray drying apparatus and an exhaust gas treatment system for dehydrated filtrate from desulfurization effluent that can eliminate desulfurization effluent from the desulfurization apparatus. SOLUTION: A gas inlet 52 provided on a side wall 51b in the vicinity of a top (lid) 51a of a spray drying apparatus 50A for introducing an exhaust gas 18 for drying a spray liquid 33a of a dehydrated filtrate 33, and a spray drying apparatus main body. The flow rate plate 53 that is provided and decelerates the introduced exhaust gas 18 and changes the exhaust gas flow to the laminar flow X, and the spray that sprays the dehydrated filtrate 33 from the desulfurization waste water 30 into the exhaust gas 18 that has become the laminar flow X. A nozzle 54, a gas outlet 55 provided on the side wall 51c in the vicinity of the bottom of the spray drying apparatus main body, for discharging the exhaust gas 18 contributing to drying of the dehydrated filtrate 33, and a bottom side of the spray drying apparatus main body 51 are provided. And a discharge hopper 57 that is a solid discharge unit that discharges the ash 56 that is a dry solid. [Selection] Figure 2 |
