titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for mold barrier
abstract A product dispensing apparatus and method for preventing mold colony colonization are provided. The mold blocker eliminates colonization and continued regeneration of microbial colonies on components of the product dispenser that are routinely exposed to fluids and food. A mold blocking material 160 for preventing mold colonies from fixing on a product dispensing apparatus 125 is used. Mold barrier 160 adheres to potentially exposed surfaces to create a non-intrusive boundary layer and allows products that deviate from the normal route to penetrate porous materials that are not suitable for product contact. To prevent. When coming into contact with the mold blocking material, the deviated product moves downward. When product dispensers and mold barriers are cleaned during routine cleaning operations, residue from deviating products can be removed. Purification can return the product dispensing device to a purified state. [Selection] Figure 4
