titleOfInvention Method for producing chemical conversion treated steel sheet
abstract [Problem] To provide a chemical conversion treated steel sheet using a chemical conversion solution for steel sheet processing having excellent storage stability. A chemical conversion treatment solution containing a water-dispersible organic resin emulsion and a valve metal compound is applied to a plated steel sheet and dried at 120 to 200 ° C. The average particle diameter of the organic resin in the water-dispersible organic resin emulsion is 10 to 100 nm. The valve metal compound is ammonium zirconium carbonate, ammonium fluoride titanate or ammonium molybdate. Content of the valve metal compound in a chemical conversion liquid is 0.5-5 mass parts with respect to 100 mass parts of organic resins. [Selection figure] None
