abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a gasoline composition having excellent environmental performance such as reduction of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emission, good drivability and oxidation stability, and excellent abrasion resistance. A gasoline composition comprising 5 to 25% by volume of isobutyl alcohol and a gasoline base material and satisfying the following requirements (1) to (7). (1) Research method octane number of 89 to less than 93 (2) Sulfur content is 10 mass ppm or less (3) Aromatic content is 15 vol% or less (4) Benzene content is 1.0 vol% or less (5) Olefin content 30% or less (6) Reed vapor pressure (RVP) is 60 to 90 kPa (7) 30% distillation temperature is 40 to 85 ° C, 50% distillation temperature is 70 to 95 ° C, 70% distillation temperature is 95 to 125 ° C, and 90% distillation temperature is 110 to 170 ° C.
