PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contain urethane (meth) acrylate capable of forming a cured coating film having a small curing shrinkage and hardly curling without adding inorganic fine particles or increasing the molecular weight of a urethane (meth) acrylate compound. And a coating agent using the same. SOLUTION: A urethane obtained by reacting a hydroxyl group in a (meth) acrylic acid adduct (A) of pentaerythritol having a hydroxyl value of 130 mgKOH / g or more with an isocyanate group of a polyvalent isocyanate compound (B).
